The place was clean, bright, spacious and had little design touches which were nice. Loved the books provided about the area, as well as local teas and biscuits. Very clear instructions. Location is in the centre of all the places we wanted to go.

The caravan was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The biscuits and milk etc was a nice touch . The site was lovely and quiet just what we wanted . We had a great holiday visiting lots of places.

Immaculately clean, Love the attention to detail. Everything was taken care of. Artisan Cornwall coffee, tea and shortbread kept for us. Milk in the fridge. Decor was mind-blowing. Books for adults and kids. Small TV with OTT platforms available. Board and card games available. The caravan was just by the river. Ideal for riverside walk. There is central heating in case it gets cold at night. All utensils and cutlery available in the kitchen if you want to cook. There was fresh towels and linen available as well. Beds were comfy. Our stay was fantastic and will definitely recommend.

A superb caravan on a quiet site about half a mile off the main road. The site was extremely clean and well presented - even the visiting bunnies seemed to like it! There is a river behind the caravan and a lovely walk , about 30/40 mins or so, down into St. Erth. We recommend the Star Inn for a light lunch. The caravan itself is very welcoming, comforting and like a home from home. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comforting stay.
No complaints at all. The welcome pack was very informative and there was tea and biscuits waiting for our arrival
